The ECB development staff's innovation and enterprise in launching new initiatives is paying dividends in increasing the numbers participting in cricket in England and Wales.

The ECB's Development staff within the Cricket Department has overall responsibility for developing cricket activity in schools and clubs in England and Wales.
The Cricket Development Managers (CDMs) and their County Boards are the mechanism to deliver these initiatives.
