Elite Player Development - Path to senior honours

The ECB runs England Elite Player Development age-group teams at U19, U17 and U15 level, based from the National Cricket Performance Centre at Loughborough.

The path to senior honours:

There is a long history of England U19 players going on to play for England at full international level in Test and ODI cricket - like current fans' idol Andrew Flintoff.
