Isa Guha recorded her best figures in one-day internationals as England women thrashed West Indies by 10 wickets.

The medium-pacer finished with 5-14 from eight sublime overs as the home side took just 28.2 overs to bowl out their opponents for a measly 41 at Loughborough.

In reply, Sarah Taylor rattled off a rapid 30 not out and with Ebony Rainford-Brent ensured England were done and dusted before lunch.

Earlier in the day, the 23-year-old Guha induced both openers, Stafanie Taylor and Deandra Dottin, to edge behind where they were smartly gobbled up by wicketkeeper Taylor.

Guha, who celebrated her 50th ODI appearance on Friday, then watched as Stacy Ann King slogged horribly and was caught by Lydia Greenway. Her fourth wicket arrived soon after when Juliana Nero was bowled for just one.

Guha completed her second one-day five-for with a full delivery which left Chedean Nation's stumps in a mess.

Katherine Brunt chipped in with an early wicket, castling skipper Nadine George for a duck, to end up with 1-6 from six brisk overs.

Left-arm spinner Holly Colvin was equally impressive, taking 2-7 from six overs, while Nicola Shaw and Laura Marsh claimed a wicket apiece.

Taylor and Rainford-Brent had little trouble as they coasted to the victory target in less than eight overs.
