Two things bind the notoriously tribal football club fans together. One is their love of the game and the other is their support for the national side.
Admittedly, it is not always plain sailing, but their support remains.
Cricket is no different – most cricket fans have a county affiliation but even more cricket fans support England.
That is why we have set up TwelfthMan. It is the new fans’ service that replaces the old England Cricket Supporters Club and instead offers all fans, not just members, the chance to access interactive benefits and services.
It moves away from the traditional supporters’ club model. We have made it free to join TwelfthMan as we want to reach out to as many England fans as possible – not just those that pay a subscription fee and the choice is entirely yours whether or not you want to pay to access the additional benefits.
Even if you are not a member, we still feel it is important that the TwelfthMan speaks to you and provides you with ticket news and information through TwelfthMan online.
We heavily researched our previous England Cricket Supporters Club over the last year to understand what is important to cricket fans up and down the country.
Is it tickets? Is it meeting the players? Is it just keeping up to date with cricket news?
In fact all of these figured quite prominently, so we have developed a range of services and benefits and packaged them together to provide you with choice at better value than before.
We are very keen to hear your views on TwelfthMan and have a two-way communication with you – so please post back your views and ideas!
